On October 6, 2024 McLaren unveiled the successor to the hybrid hyper car the P1 with the all new McLaren W1.

The new hyper car has

4.0 L Twin Turbo V8 paired with Electric Motor

1258 HP

988 ft lbs of Torque

0-60 in 2.7 seconds

Top speed of 217 mph

Weighs around 3308 lbs

Price starting at $2.1 Million

And will only have 399 units produced.

Unlike the P1 this performance car is focused on acceleration so the battery only range is 2 miles as this was not meant to focus on being eco friendly.

Allocations of of this car will likely go to those who have been the most loyal McLaren customers.
