New Mustang GTD Details

Some new specs of the Mustang GTD have been confirmed. You can read the Motortrend article here for further detail.

The Specs are as shown:

Horsepower: 815

Torque: 664 ft lb

Top Speed: 202 mph

Engine: 5.2L V8 (likely supercharged but not clarified yet)

Price: $325,000

While the GTD does sit on the S650 platform this car is vastly different than the dark horse.

The engine is built different.

The transmission is an 8-speed rear transaxle.

Different braking and a different suspension system.
